NATIONALNET ACQUIRES NEW STATE-OF-THE-ART, CLASS-A DATA CENTER IN ATLANTA

Atlanta, Georgia --- NationalNet, Inc., an industry leader in the web hosting market for more than 7 years, announced today that it has acquired the former Genuity Data Center in Downtown Atlanta. This brings their total to more than 15,000 square feet of built-out data center space housing their customers.

Genuity spared no expense when building out this Data Center, Bill VanVorst, Executive Vice President for NationalNet said, From the power, to the fire suppression, to the environmentals everything was built to sustain any eventuality.

The Carrier-Grade, Class-A, Data Center was built out to be a virtually bullet-proof center. There is more than 10,000 square feet of space for Server Racks, plus Dual AC/DC Power Plants designed to generate enough power to handle most large neighborhoods. The Power Plants alone cost several million dollars, Mr. VanVorst said.

The center features a state-of-the-art fire suppression system, fully redundant heavy duty HVAC Systems throughout, human access points (also known as Man Traps) at the building level, the elevator level and the floor level and generators connected to a 5,000 gallon tank that could power the facility indefinitely if there were a catastrophic failure in the local power grid.

We are very excited to be releasing this news, said Tony Morgan, President of NationalNet, this has been in negotiations for almost a year beginning shortly after Genuity was purchased by Level3. This single transaction propels NatNet to a level shared with very few hosting companies and dominated by the large carriers. Our plan is to begin moving many of our clients from our existing data centers to the new center allowing our tremendous growth to continue. This will also allow us to once again begin our active acquisition schedule that was stalled due to space limitations during this past year. The 2005 Year is shaping up to be the largest growth year on record for NatNet and I am personally excited to watch us attain the very aggressive goals that we have set up for the year.
